the booking of wellness massage sessions via the website,

the terms and conditions of payment, cancellation, and refund,

the rules for using the website.

By booking a service via the website, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these GTCSU.

2. Services offered

The services offered are wellness massages that are non-therapeutic, non-medical, and not sexual or erotic in nature.

Descriptions of services (duration, areas massaged, techniques) are available on the page.

The practitioner reserves the right to refuse a session if the client's behavior is inappropriate or contrary to professional ethics.

The practitioner may contact the client to confirm or adjust the appointment.

Payment can be made:
on site, in cash, by credit card, or by check

Rates are subject to change at any time, but services will be billed at the price in effect at the time of booking.

 

  • Any cancellation or postponement must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

  • In the event of cancellation within 24 hours or no-show without valid justification, the practitioner reserves the right to charge for the session or refuse a new booking.

  • If the cancellation is due to the practitioner, a new date will be proposed or a refund will be made if payment has been made in advance.

The client undertakes to inform the practitioner of any health problems, pregnancy, medical conditions, or medical treatment that may contraindicate massage.

The massages offered are in no way a substitute for medical treatment, physical therapy, or rehabilitation.

The practitioner declines all responsibility in the event of an incident or reaction related to the non-disclosure of medical information.

6. Disputes and applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the practitioner's place of practice.
